Welcome to the official Think Yoruba First Store (“Store”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or purchasing from our Store, you (“customer”, “you”) agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before using our website or making a purchase.

1. About Us

Think Yoruba First (TYF) is a socio-democratic, socio-conservative non-profit organisation committed to the preservation and progress of Yoruba land and people. Our online store offers physical merchandise, digital resources, and educational products to support our mission.

2. Eligibility

By using this Store, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you have the consent of a parent/guardian to make purchases.

3. Products and Services

  • Physical Products: Merchandise such as apparel, accessories, and cultural items.

  • Digital Products & Services: Online courses, ebooks, and other downloadable content.

  • All descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but errors may occur.

4. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Flutterwave).

  • By submitting an order, you authorise us to charge your payment method for the total order amount.

5. Shipping & Delivery (for physical products)

  • Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., customs clearance, courier delays).

  • Risk of loss passes to you once the item is delivered.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Physical products: Eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of delivery if unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Digital products: Non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

  • To request a return/refund, contact us at store@thinkyorubafirst.org with your order details.

7. Donations

Some products may include a donation component. By purchasing, you acknowledge that part of the proceeds support TYF’s mission. Donations are generally non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Store including designs, logos, text, images, and digital materials is the property of Think Yoruba First and may not be copied, resold, or used without permission.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Store or attempt unauthorised access.

  • Resell our products without written consent.

  • Use the Store for unlawful purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TYF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Store or our products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
